What DVDs do you currently have available?

Groundgame is a new company. In addition to our latest DVD Pimenta series, we are working hard on our next release that is going to blow your socks off. We will notify you via email as soon as we have a launch date.

How long will my DVDs take to ship?

We ship your DVDs out next day. For domestic shipping it will usually takes about 5 days for your DVD to find you. For international shipping we’ve seen anywhere from 6 to 10 days. You can always check your tacking information to get an update. Any further questions? Just email us at support@groundgame.training and we’ll help you out.

I received my DVD, but it was damaged during shipping.

We are very sorry about that! Just let us know at support@groundgame.training, and we’ll send out a replacement right away.

I didn’t receive my digital access login information!

If you purchased a digital version of one of our products you should have received an email from the team at Groundgame. The product that you purchased will determine what content is available to you in the membership portal. if you do not see an email please first check your junk mail. Still nothing? Please email us at support@groundgame.training and we’ll resend you your login info right away.

I haven’t received my shipment yet.

First, you should have received tracking information when your order was shipped. You can check that tracking to locate your package. If something went wrong with your shipment we’ll be happy to re-ship your DVDs if needed, but we ask for a minimum of 15 days for US and 30 days for international orders before we can do that for you. If you’ve passed that time frame and still don’t see your order, email us at support@groundgame.training and we’ll take care of it.

My tracking information is not updated!

We see this happen from time to time with USPS tracking, especially with international shipments. Sometimes they stop updating the tracking once it leaves the US and then update the data once they hear back from the international carrier.

If something went wrong with your shipment we’ll be happy to re-ship your DVDs if needed, but we ask for a minimum of 15 days for US and 30 days for international orders before we can do that for you. If you’ve passed that time frame and still don’t see your order, email us at support@groundgame.training and we’ll take care of it.

I’m getting an error message when I fill out this form!

If you’re using a phone to place your order you might run into some glitches from time to time. Please try a computer first. If you’re already using a computer then try a different browser. Sometimes you might run into an issue when you’re using a form auto-filler. That issue can be fixed by manually entering your country.
